For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Used this back in 2009. Lost over 4 stone. They are amazing. No appetite, and you feel full after a few mouthfuls. Side effects were dry mouth, some agitation, inability to keep still for long, and insomnia. If taken very early in the morning and avoid caffeine, the insomnia can be controlled. Stopped taking them due to it being pulled. Unfortunately, I have put 2 st back on! Just got some more after a long time looking. Hope to see the same results."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been taking Sibutra Lean 30 mg for 1 month now, and I have lost 10 pounds so far. It is great and really curbs my hunger and cravings. The only side effects that I have experienced are a dry mouth and insomnia, but other than that, it really works well."

Sibutramine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I've been taking Meridia off and on for several months, and I have to say I'm very pleased. Even though it is pricey, it works! Some of my side effects were stomach pain (if I overate at one sitting), some dry mouth, and heartburn. Nothing severe to the point where I would want to stop taking Meridia. I haven't gained any of the weight that I have lost. When I first started taking Meridia, I was 210 lbs. I was able to lose 15 lbs and not gain it back after stopping for about 6 months. Now I have started taking Meridia again for about one month, and I will continue to do so until I reach 170 lbs. I see my doctor once a month for my refills and lab work."

Sibutramine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Extremely effective. No cravings for anything, and even when you eat small portions, it will satisfy you. 33 lbs in 3 months, and I have a lot of energy and mental clarity. Dry mouth and some insomnia."

Sibutramine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am 31 and have been on Meridia since April 29, 2009. I have to date lost 28 lbs. I have not experienced any major side effects besides dry mouth, which usually goes away with water. The pills are expensive since they are not covered by my insurance. Therefore, I don't plan on being on them for more than 5-6 months. I work out a few times a week and really watch what I eat. If you don't change your eating habits, you will definitely gain all the weight back. I wish you all success."

Sibutramine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I first used Meridia in 1999, a year and a half after the birth of my twin daughters, to help lose my stubborn pregnancy weight. It was amazing, I lost 60 pounds in 6 months! I had no side effects except for a slightly dry mouth and a little bit of 'extra' energy. Being a new mom of twin babies, I utilized that extra energy! It worked very well, and I went off of it for 5 years. I had an increase in weight gain because of a lifestyle change. I was going back to college, so I spent a lot of time reading, studying, and sitting in class lectures, and I started gaining weight. I asked my doctor about using Meridia again. I was so glad! I was able to lose the 20 pounds I had gained back, plus I noticed a unique 'side effect' this time. Meridia definitely increased my ability to focus and retain information in the classes I was taking. My memory was sharper, and I was getting straight A's in subjects like algebra, chemistry, anatomy, and physiology. No 'brain fog' - it was amazing!"

Sibutramine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Love this medicine. I had great success in weight loss with this medicine. I seem to be in the minority who has an insurance plan that covers most of the cost, approximately $35 for one month. Side effects: insomnia and severe dry mouth, I made sure to carry gum. I have been on the medicine twice, one year apart, lost 22 lbs the last round, and it was such a great feeling. It ended all cravings, even for chocolate! Unfortunately, as soon as I stopped the medicine after 6 months, I gained it all back. I ended up with heart problems, not sure if the Meridia was to blame (I have a history of cardiac issues). I am to blame, I stopped exercising and all my cravings came back. I loved the results so much, I want another shot despite the side effects."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I just started taking Meridia three days ago. Weight: 206. The first day I had dry mouth, and since then I haven't experienced any side effects. I feel like I can control my cravings and urges to eat better now. Though, it could also be the money I've invested in the drug, and now I am determined not to fail. Will keep updating."

Sibutramine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been on Meridia for 4 weeks, I lost 6 lbs the 1st week and nothing since. I drive a semi truck and have little time for exercise. My only side effect is dry mouth. I feel that the cost of the drug outweighs the benefit."
