L-methylfolate "Deplin has given me my life back. It has enabled me to gain control of my emotional roller coaster, my anger outbursts, and become a more down-to-earth person who is now approachable - when before I wasn't. I was lucky, my therapist recommended me to be tested for MTHFR because I also have Factor V Leiden, and MTHFR is found higher in those with Factor V (both are genetic disorders). After my results, she gave me Deplin, and the next day I woke up a new person. My husband and family are amazed, and I'm now capable of being the wife and mother that I want to be. I am so happy - and so amazed. And I feel WHOLE again."

"It was recommended to me when a genetic test indicated I had mutations in both sides for the MTHFR gene. I started taking 15 mg/day and within the first two weeks there was a profound improvement. In fact, I'd only filled one two-week pill caddy and forgot to fill the second, so I accidentally stopped taking it after 14 days. On day 16, I had the worst day I'd had in weeks, and on day 17, after realizing what happened and resuming, I felt good again. I have been taking it since January 2022, almost two years, and these have been the most BD symptom-free of my adult life. I think I should stock up enough to last the rest of my life. If the world goes to hell and I can't get meds anymore, LMF is the one I don't ever want to run out of. The only side effects are related to intestinal processes that could just as easily be caused by the Metformin and aren't anywhere near as bad as the positive effects are good."

L-methylfolate "Really useful. Give it at least 6 to 12 weeks to help you. You will be glad you gave it a chance to help you become happier and to feel balanced."
