"I have suffered from chronic migraines for around 7 years and have tried lots of medication, including Botox, Aimovig, etc. The Botox worked very well for 2.5 years, and then I formed antibodies to it, so it no longer worked. I had my first Vyepti infusion in September 2023, and it has worked relatively well for me. However, I get significant trail off around week 8 or 9 and start to get migraines. I would say that I have had a reduction of around 30% to 40%, which has been life-changing for me. I haven't suffered any side effects. My only gripe is that you can only get a 100 mg infusion in the UK, and I think I would do better with a 300 mg infusion, which would possibly reduce the trail off."
