"I drank less than half a liter over 7 hours. Caused severe burning of esophagus and upper throat. Caused severe indigestion in upper GI tract all night and finally vomiting. I would never drink it again and never recommend it. I used it because I had diarrhea and lost fluids."

"I used it once for diarrhea and vomiting and felt better right away. I noticed I was only drinking sometimes one glass of water a day, so in those cases, I'll drink it to rehydrate or dilute with ice and take it to the gym. It's invaluable if you've had a little too much to drink, drink some between each drink and then the next morning."
