"I had pretty bad fungus on my toenails. At first, it was my big two toes, then it spread. I remember my small toes didn't even look like they had nails. I was devastated and just used nail polish to cover up. Then my big toe completely came off the nail bed. I went to the dermatologist, and he prescribed it, warned me that it would take a year, if anything, and that he didn't really think I was going to get a nail back. I used it every night and tried to leave my nails pretty short. My small nails cleared up, and my big toenail GREW back completely at eight months, it has been twelve months, and you can't tell even if you tried! So thankful! $25 copay, but I would have paid more if needed."

"So far, it seems to be correcting the toenail fungus. My foot doctor had a special insurance card for use only at Walgreens, which gets this medication (in the 4ml size) at no cost for a total of 10 bottles. Time will tell if it is completely clearing up or not. The only drawback is cost if your insurance does not cover it. The best way to apply, at least for me, is simply to shake the bottle, brush side down, then rub across each toenail as needed. I also use it before bedtime."

"What a terrible product! I had been using Jublia for about a year. Not only did I NOT see an obvious effect, instead one of my toenails had a severe ingrown condition. A year ago, I had to undergo surgery to cut off the problematic nail parts. After several months, unfortunately, the ingrown condition has begun to come back, and it appears that I may need another surgery. Overall, a terrible experience - a waste of time and resulting side effects! I am thinking about filing a complaint against."

"I am very happy with this medication. I dropped a table on my big toes 3 years ago and damaged the growth matrix (and nail bed). I didn't realize this also caused a fungus infection, which contributed to ugly, thick, yellow, flaky nails. For years, I just sucked it up and thought my nails were ruined permanently. After so many years, I saw the nail was separating almost 2/3 from the nail bed, and I became worried I'd lose my nails. I went to my doctor, and she prescribed me Jublia, and only 2 months in, I see a healthy nail growing back and also reattaching to the nail bed! It will take probably another 6-8 months, maybe a year, but I am so happy it's working. I only wish I had done this earlier! I am lucky my benefits cover it 100%. No side effects so far."

"I had a doctor prescribe JUBLIA for me for a mild toenail fungus. It cost me $742.00 twice. It has to be the most inflated, overpriced, most worthless product on the market today!! Anything would work better than JUBLIA!!!"

"I have suffered from fungal nails on my feet for over 30 years. I have removed them but they grow with fungi again. I just accept that there was no cure, but I decided to see a podiatrist one last time and she prescribed me Jublia. Wow, wow, wow, this product is expensive, but I am clearing my nails thanks to God. I am 53 years old."

"A salon manicure, and next thing I know, I'm on Jublia. After 8 weeks, my fingernails are almost perfect again. For me, it definitely works. Maybe I'm lucky. I think catching on early to what was wrong with my nails helped, as I only waited a few weeks before seeking medication. I use it every day. Apply when I go to bed. This allows it to dry and stay on for 8 hours while I sleep."

"Used Jublia as prescribed by my podiatrist in Santa Monica, CA. Jublia had just come onto the market, and the company was offering a free co-pay for an 11-month trial. Dr. Altchuler signed me up for the program and asked that I report to him as to effectiveness. After 9 months of daily use, unfortunately, I saw little to no improvement, just as I had seen with all of the over-the-counter products. Then, before the trial ended, Jublia discontinued the program and asked for a $40 co-pay. Bottom line: expensive and doesn't work :("

"I have had nail fungus on my big toe and two little toes for 10 years. The big toe nail fell off 4 years ago, and I was told by a doctor that it likely won't grow back at all. The nail did grow back, but ugly, crooked, and still with the fungus. I used all sorts of remedies, oil of oregano, tea tree oil, vinegar, mouthwash, nail lacquer, and nothing worked. Jublia cleared my nail entirely in approximately 8 months (I forgot to use it/didn't have the prescription here and there). You have to use it daily and apply it to the nail and surrounding area. My nail is clear and smooth now, I can't believe it! I thought I'd have to deal with it forever. Where I'm at (Ontario, Canada), it's only $40 after insurance coverage...not bad compared to others I've tried."

"My left big toenail has a fungal infection that affects about 25% of the toenail and has been present for about 4 years. I took 3 months of oral Lamisil, and the new nail has been growing back perfectly clear. It has grown out about 50%. I started using Jublia after I stopped the oral Lamisil on the affected part of the nail that hadn't grown out yet. I didn't have any problems until after about 3 months of daily use. About a month ago, I started developing small, painful, itching, burning blisters around the skin of the big toenail. I stopped using Jublia, and it took about 3 weeks to clear up. I wasn't sure what caused this but decided to try Jublia again on the toenail because I'm paranoid the remaining fungus will spread to my new unaffected nail. Within 48 hours, the small itching blisters returned, so I'm sure it is the most likely cause since I haven't applied anything else to the toenail."

"I struggled with a fungus in my big toenail for over 10 years. I tried everything I could find in the drugstore. I went to a dermatologist who prescribed an internal medicine that I was on two times for 4 months each time that did not cure the fungus. I paid a podiatrist a lot of money to perform laser treatments on the toenail, which were painful and did not work. I was giving up hope until I saw the advertisement for Jublia on TV. I asked my dermatologist to prescribe it, and it totally cured the fungus in the nail! It took about 9 months for the nail to completely grow out fungus-free, but it was worth it! My nail is completely healthy now and has been for about 6 months. I am so thankful for this medication!!!!!"

"The medicine was effective, and I was beginning to see improvement in my nail after a few months, then started having painful redness, blisters, itching, and swelling. It is miserable. I've stopped using it until all these side effects go away. I'm very disappointed in having to stop using Jublia, as it was really beginning to get rid of the fungus. Before I knew what was causing these problems, I asked my dermatologist if it could be the medicine, and he said he'd never had a patient to have these side effects using it. I found out on my own that it was the Jublia."

"Use this for about nine months. I have one toe that is about 70% cleared up, this is my big toe on my left foot. My toenail fungus is severe and all toenails on my left foot. Also, I have fungus on my big toe and little toe of my right foot, but very little and not severe. The medicine seems to help with keeping my right foot nails in check, but not completely clearing them up. On my left foot, my toes are severely infected and only the big toe and one other are obviously getting better, but only the big toe is far along. I plan on continuing the medicine for as long as I can. I've had fungus on my toenails for 11 years and tried several different approaches to clearing it, with this one being the only one to cause new clear nail."

"I have been using Jublia for about 6 months on my big toe. I cannot tell if it is working. I had the fungus on both nails and got rid of it soaking in diluted bleach (a dermatologist told me to do this), but then it came back on one toe. So, I am trying Jublia. So far, I am getting it for free through Walgreens. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. I had also done the laser treatment too, and it didn't work for me."

"What a scam! Received the same results from Desinex. Whoever is selling this drug at the price? My insurance co paid 649.00, of which I paid 40.00. Pretty disgusting if you ask me. Someone should be held accountable."

"Have been on this medication for six months. Three out of my six infected nails are totally clear, and I am seeing new clear growth on the other three nails! I grind and clip my nails aggressively twice a week and am religious in application."

"Amazing, only thing that worked on a stubborn toenail fungus. Within 2 weeks, I noticed that a new healthy nail was emerging from the nail bed and the nasty one was growing out. There is no more new accumulation of keratin under my nail, no more gross odor, and no more pain! It has been 1.5 months. I have maybe a 1/2 inch of ugly old nail at the tip of my toenail left before it all becomes an awful memory. I am so happy! I will continue a little bit past the point of it being completely gone just to be sure. Then, I can paint my toenails once in a while again because I want to, not because I have to to wear sandals."

"After using Jublia for 1 week, I see a slight improvement in the color and strength of my nails. I found that the applicator would leak out more than was needed, so I squeezed the entire bottle into a small glass container and dipped a plastic stick in for application. I would admonish others to carefully clip/file down all affected nails as low as possible prior to starting the Jublia regimen, as this makes penetration easier. A total cure possibility is claimed to be 17%, so once Jublia is discontinued, the problem will most likely reappear. It beats watching one's nails melt away."

"Jublia was prescribed to me after having an allergic reaction to oral medication. My big toe was about 1/2 infected. After using Jublia for the past 4 years, there has been no improvement. The fungus has not increased, but it has also not improved :("

"It totally works. I got this from a pedicure, and for four years, I did Lamisil and a lacquer, ciclopirox, and it kept coming back. I've used Jublia for a year, and my nail is clear. I will never have a pedicure again. I have 3 bottles left, and I am not sure if I should keep using it or stop now. I just don't want it to come back. By the way, I never skipped one application."

"I was encouraged in the first eight months, as there seemed to be progress. Recently, an infection has set in, causing great discomfort to the point I am unable to sleep or walk any distance. My toes are in far worse shape than ever."

"Prescribed by doctor for nail fungus on fingernails. Nails lifted and got worse, cuticles swelled and oozed yellow, fingertips blistered, painful. Used for 1 month. Went through multiple prescriptions for skin infections. Went to a London Drugs pharmacy to talk to a pharmacist. He took one look and suggested a dermatologist for possible reactions and recommended stopping everything and just keeping nails dry and letting them heal. Went to the doctor, and he agreed. Stop using Jublia. 2 months later, when my hands were better but still dealing with nail fungus - and waiting for nail culture. Tried it once as per directions and went through 5 days of swelling, itching, burning, and blisters. Horrible product. Took Lamisil pills for a month, and nail fungus is stopped and my nails are healthy. Just a heads up for anyone else, using the product and possibly being told to be patient, keep using it - it’s simply the debridement from the nail growing out."

"Jublia is very expensive, and it leaks from the bottle so fast. In 3 weeks, it's like 'gone with the wind.' In Europe, the cost for 1 bottle is $7.00, in Canada, we pay $89.00, and here, $77.00. The applicator from Europe is very well designed, but the design of the Canadian applicator is no good because, how it is made, the liquid leaks too fast. In Canada, Jublia 6ml lasts 3 weeks, the same dosage from Europe I am using for 6 weeks and is not yet finished. The Canadian company is charging too much."

"Used Jublia for about 4 months, and all I can say is amazing, amazing, amazing. I've had toe fungus for 12 years, and nothing ever worked. I had it on every single toe, and they were all severe, painful, and inflamed all the time. Some of the nails took a little longer than others, but 100% success! This product clearly doesn't work for everyone, but anything is better than liver-killing meds. If you have the means to try it, TRY IT. It is an expensive product, but there's a 50/50 chance it could work!"

"I have had fungal toenails on 4 toes for decades. I used one bottle of Jublia and could see improvements. Unfortunately, partway through the second bottle, I developed an allergic reaction - severe itching and blistering. It is too severe to continue. One application causes the severe blisters, redness, itching, and weeping. It is disappointing but not uncommon for me to develop skin allergies. I have also developed reactions to tea tree oil, Vick's Vapor Rub, benzoyl peroxide."
