Radiesse (dermal filler) for Facial Lipoatrophy "I have tried juverderm voluma and Radiesse for filling the loss of volume in my checks. Both worked well but Radiesse lasted twice as long and seemed to even improve after a few months since it stimulates collagen production. Radiesse is also more economical cost wise."

Bellafill (dermal filler) for Facial Wrinkles "I'm in nightmare. Bellafill is the devil. Over a year ago I was injected with 1 syringe of bellafill on each side of my cheeks. I was told by the dr. whose injected, it will last up to 5 years. I never liked the look of it, since I have a skinny face and large cheeks, but I figured out that it will go away. About 2 months ago I was injected with Voluma on my lower face and nasolabial folds to balance out my face. 3 days after, my cheeks became red and with burning sensation, and when I smile I look like a chipmunk!!! with 2 ridiculous round balls in my face. Also my cheeks can become aggravated easily, if it's hot or if I rub my face with a towel. I also noticed that my cheeks become bigger in size, and from reading online I understand the bellafill is permanent and also stimulates collagen, what makes my cheeks grow. Will my cheeks continue to grow forever??? Is there any safe way to reverse the bellafill?"

Juvederm Volbella XC (dermal filler) for Lip Augmentation "I had Juvederm Vobella lip injections one and a half years ago. Immediately after my lips were swollen and there were around four hard tender lumps which I was assured would disappear - they didn’t. I was pleased with the result for six months apart from the tender lumps which I now know were granulomas as a result of the injection technique. After six months I started getting soft lumps on and around my lips which were unsightly. I went back to the doctor who performed the injections and he injected a solvent which didn’t really work. The filler has disappeared now and the granulomas have almost disappeared. I would not recommend it."

Bellafill (dermal filler) for Facial Wrinkles "There is no good reason to use this filler. Had it injected 12 years ago (when it was called Artecoll) and thought I'd done enough research to feel safe with it. I didn't have very much product injected, but even a small amount is too much. 3 years ago I started feeling lumps where the product was placed. Now the lumps are visible, itchy, and broken vessels have discolored my skin only in the areas where the filler was injected. Some of the filler has started to break off into smaller lumps. Turns out it may take years for your body to react to Bellafill. After several consultations with filler experts and plastic surgeons, I have come to the very distressing conclusion that the only resolution is surgery."

Juvederm Voluma XC (dermal filler) "I had 3 syringes injected in my cheeks (1.5 syringe in each cheek). I am 41 have minimal wrinkles and don't look "sunken". I merely wanted cheeks and have a bit of the "high cheekbone" look. Voluma did NOTHING. I regret all the money I spent. It looked good for a week and disappeared. It's been 2 months and it's as if I never had a filler. So disappointed and angry about the wasted money. My doctor is wonderful and reputable... it was the product that didn't work for me."

Restylane (dermal filler) for Facial Wrinkles "Horrific. I had filler on Saturday (I've had this done 2x prior year by same Dr and no issues). My entire face became super swollen 4 days later and I have a massive hot, painful, shiny rash all over my face, forehead, ears, neck and now my chest. I look 30 years older and not even like me. Hard to keep eyes open. Haven't been to work in days. Dr seemed like I did something wrong. He is hours away. He prescribed methylprednisolone. Started today but don't notice any difference yet. Actually, the rash is far worse. I don't know what to do. If you are reading this and considering any HA filler do NOT do it!"

Bellafill (dermal filler) for Facial Wrinkles "I had Bellafill injections done five years ago. I have seven permanent lumps around my lips. They are painful when they get caught by chewing. They make kissing difficult! It was the absolute worst thing that I ever did for my face all just to get rid of a couple wrinkles. As with all the other reviews, run don’t walk away from the office!!!!! Do not do this to yourself… you are beautiful, as is, and I am quite certain that additional lumps in your face will not add to your beauty."

Evolence (dermal filler) for Facial Wrinkles "My doctor administered two syringes of Evolence to my face, the nasolabial folds and a little around my bottom lip. The results were fantastic. There was no bruising, hardly any swelling. I am waiting to see how long-lasting it is. "

Juvederm Volbella XC (dermal filler) for Lip Augmentation "I am 58 year old caucasian female. Had my lips injected 9 months ago for lip lines. 2months ago I started getting lumps in my bottom lip. Then as time went by, the other injection sites started swelling and getting tender. I'm looking for answers on why I would have issues 9 months later."

ArteFill (dermal filler) for Facial Wrinkles "About 7 years ago in St. Pete, I had 5 injections of Artefill by a national award winning doctor mostly for lines above my lips. At the time, I was super pleased. Several years later, I noticed my upper lip lowered. I cannot smile, My upper lip is below my teeth. I look like a monkey trying to smile. My family is annoyed at me because now at age 70, I never smile at the most delightful events such as wedding and grandchildren birth! Just an awful experience. I am told the Artefill dropped and settled lower and lower pulling my lip down."

Juvederm Volbella XC (dermal filler) for Lip Augmentation "I received Juvederm Volbella XC for above the lip scars. The lady that administered it said she only used 1/2 syringe. Two days later I started getting chills. I called them and they said it was no way the product. I explained I really never get sick so I knew it was related to filler. I ended up with flu like symptoms, burning lips and mouth and asthma. Really scary stuff. I called FDA and reported this. They had to remove product with hylauronadaise. To this day I have no idea if it was an allergic reaction or infection. Think twice before you do this. They make it sound pretty but they are injecting a drug not a cosmetic. You can end up with a life- long infection or a lethal reaction. This stuff is dangerous. Before you try just google flu like symptoms from juvederm. There are so many sick people from it,"

Juvederm Ultra XC (dermal filler) for Lip Augmentation "I was excited to try this because I have seen the positive effects on other people’s lips and thought why not.. first mistake. Not only do the injections hurt extremely badly even with the lidocaine I had a blood vessel hit and my face was extremely swollen and instantly very bruised. The bruise spread towards my nose and all over my upper lip and I had to go back in and have the reversal injections done and let me tell you after being so swollen and bruised those injections were excruciatingly painful. I will have to get more injections now to fix my lip since the reversal ones diminish your own natural lips. Needless to say I will never try this again. My face looks like someone beat me and I don't even want to leave the house."

Juvederm Ultra XC (dermal filler) for Facial Wrinkles "I paid $600 upfront after a consult and the appt. was set for 2.5 months later, which was 8 days ago. Clearly, my concern about marionette lines were given. One unit was recommended for successful treatment. When I arrived for my appt., I was told that I should have gone with the cheek filler (Voluma) and the next time I went there I should get that because it will work better. The girl proceeded with the treatment and indicated she had to use the unit I prepaid. She took before and after photos and there was little to no change. It has been 8 days now and the marionette lines are laughing at me. The girl called me 2 days after my procedure and said if money is no option, its amazing what could be done. I am so disappointed with the juvederm results, or lack of. Why did they sell me a product that would not show results? I could have easily switched to the cheek filler if that would have actually shown results. Now, I lost $600 and have kept my marionette lines."

ArteFill (dermal filler) for Facial Wrinkles "I went to a Dr 2013 and had some work done. I wanted this filler because of the longevity of it..Artefill is Bellafill. Anyway after I had the work done in less than 3 weeks I could not breathe I could hardly walk. I had heart problems and was admitted in the hospital. Now 4 years later I find out I'm allergic to many things. I never got the skin test but have been sick now for over 4 years. I can't breathe and my body reacts to everything. This product has Bovine in it and that a problem for me"

Juvederm Volbella XC (dermal filler) for Facial Wrinkles "Terrible product, the doctor that was not really a doctor (found out later) said no swelling will happen, totally different filler, nope, she injected lips, mouth corners and underside of my face, I look 10 years older, she created wrinkles and bumps with this filler. This is most awful experience I ever had with fillers and this injector, never ask for this product, it should not be permitted to use ! It does nothing to hydrate the skin either."

Juvederm Volbella XC (dermal filler) for Lip Augmentation "I had the very same experience with Volbella. I am a 59 year old white female with no known allergies of any kind. I had a lot of swelling and nodules 6 months after injections! Minor and normal swelling right after injection. The doctor prescribed a couple rounds of steroids that eventually worked. Horrible experience! But the 6 months prior to the swelling and nodules, I loved the results."

Juvederm Ultra XC (dermal filler) "Walked in for a consultation only and felt very confident with the doctor prescribing and felt she was honest for what I wanted and really listened to me.... Very nervous because it was my first time ever doing any procedure other than getting a facial. I’m 51 and hate my labial folds!!!! I made the decision right then and there to have procedure.... I’m so shocked at results... I cannot believe how perfect it went and looks! No bruising or pain. Key is to make sure you feel confident with your practitioner or doctor that’s doing it.. I highly recommend them!"

Bellafill (dermal filler) for Facial Wrinkles "I had a horrible experience with Bellafill. I was bruised very badly and I couldn't go out of my house without a mask on. It is over 1 month later, and I have black, like dark under my right eye, and still a small bruise. I have lumping on various areas of my face. My skin looks 10x worse than it did before Bellafill, as if it aged me 10 years. I'm just sick about it. I have a lot of pic's I kept, each day, showing how devastating an experience it was. I did everything prior I was to told to do, and everything post-treatment, and still a horrible experience. I had three vials of it. I would never do it again!! What a waste of money, and my skin is ruined. It isn't for everyone!!!!"
