Ciclopirox topical "Been using the cream form of ciclopirox for two weeks. My nails are less painful, and I have noticed softer skin in the nail because I have keratosis between the nail and nail bed. Hopefully, in six months, my nails will be healthy again."

Ciclopirox topical "I've been fighting this for a year with little improvement. I was not following directions correctly. I called a dermatologist about it. She told me to wash my hands every day, apply the gel every day for a week, clean it off with alcohol, then thin the nails with a file or sandpaper, then soak them in half water and half cider vinegar for 20-30 minutes, wash your hands again to get rid of the smell, and start over again. It's finally working. You have to be diligent about it."

"Worst of the worst. Just got very bad on my nail. After six months, I stopped since it was not helping. Totally the contrary! I changed to natural oils like grapefruit seed oil, and it’s getting better."
