For Sinusitis "Worked very well in sinusitis caused by molar extraction. 500 mg three times daily for 15 days. As far as side effects, I had none the whole time I took it."

For Skin or Soft Tissue Infection "It was taken as the first-line treatment in the case of prostatitis with suspected bacterial infection. There was satisfactory improvement, but the effect did not last long. There were also side effects such as abdominal pain and diarrhea. It has a very short half-life, so if you miss a dose, your plan will be ruined."
