"Seems to be helping my husband's IGAN - much lower protein levels and normal kidney functions, but the side effects are difficult and concerning. He has tendon cramps, fatigue, increased hunger, significant weight gain, and now elevated AST levels. Not sure where to go from here."

"Drug lowered my protein levels without having weight gain. This was something I was concerned about. A side effect I did have, but it's not listed here, was sensitivity to cold beverages for my teeth. I suspected that the drug was the root cause during the nine months I took it. Sure enough, the issue was gone once I was taken off it."
