"This worked fine for the first 3 times. On the fourth, my child had a respiratory distress response. He is okay now, but the doctor confirmed this could happen despite prior success. Now we will only use it for major surgery with precautions and emergency staff on hand."

"My son and I get Wilate whenever there is a potential for bleeding, surgery, dental, etc. Seems to work fine, but it’s given intravenously, so if we need a continued dose, it’s a trip to the infusion clinic or leave your IV in until necessary. For short bleeds and cuts, we take tranexamic acid orally."

"I had 2 C-sections and was given Humate-P prior to surgery and 10 days post-op. This medication is truly life-saving for those that have this incurable disorder. Very grateful and thankful for it!"

"It was given to me prior to and after my surgery for a total hysterectomy last year. It worked fantastic, and the use of it helped tremendously with my healing process thereafter. The surgeon was surprised that I had little to no bleeding from the site (the procedure was a vaginal hysterectomy) and no bleeding whatsoever post-surgery. I had a wonderful team of doctors and specialists on my side during the whole ordeal. Wonderful doctors who definitely did their research! You get a thumbs up here!"
