"It works, but at a cost. I still feel the side effect, and I took it at 6 pm and 6 am, so if you have plans for morning, it's not the best choice, but it does work."

"I was first introduced to Pyrroxate while employed by Ford Motor Company in the 1960s. Working outside in poor weather conditions occasionally led to sinus congestion and head colds, requiring a 'stay at home' period to recover with difficulty sleeping and breathing, along with increased temperature. The clinic at Ford provided a long string of Pyrroxate pills that provided relief from the symptoms, and within a day or two, total relief of the head and sinus running, allowing me to continue working without any side effects. For years, I was able to order this medication from pharmacies and off the shelf from Walmart Pharmacy. I bought several bottles of Pyrroxate and gave them to my daughters with positive results, and they purchased them for their own families after marriage. I haven't been able to find this product in the last 15 years, unfortunately, and have never found a replacement that works as well."
