Can Pristiq cause joint pain?

Will this joint pain subside? Started about 11 days ago on 25 mg. On 50 mg for about 8 days now. Was on Effexor for many years till it stopped working, then Cymbalta which was no good for me.

What is the best generic for desvenlafaxine/Pristiq?

The Flecainide is for recently diagnosed Atrial Fibrillation which interacted terribly with Cymbalta (confirmed by two physicians.) When is the best time to take clonazepam (morning or night)?

I am taking pristiq daily and still feel anxious. I have trouble relaxing enough to fall asleep and wonder if I should take clonazepam at bedtime. It has been prescribed by one doctor for anxiety and another for restless leg syndrome.
