I currently take 100 mg sertraline and 300 mg bupropion for major depression disorder and general anxiety disorder for years now. I have gained a lot of weight, is there another combination of drugs or drug that I can take to reduce the weight gain?

Hello, I have been taking 40 mgs of paxil for depression and anxiety. My dr has decreased my paxil to 20mg but added buspirone for anxiety. Can I take both these medications the same day but just hours apart like take my paxil in the morning and the other at bedtime? Thanks

... have "weird feelings, nausea etc". I have been contemplating contacting my doctor about reducing my daily dosage to 225 mg to see if that helps and still controls my anxiety. Have any of you reduced your dose? I have heard its pretty difficult to go through. Thoughts? Thank you in advance
