a Xanax "bar" is equal to 2mg meaning it takes 8 pills at .25mg to equal a single "bar."
He's right ^ 0.25*8 = 2.0mg = alprazolam(xanax) "bar" (or a pie if you get the Mylan generic)
In short, eight. I wouldn't recommend taking this many to equal a bar if that's what you're thinking and I apologize for even assuming that as a possibility but I remember the first time I picked up my script for 60 0.25mg xanax to take twice a day and I took 8 immediately and it was stupid because I ended up being short later in the month when I really needed them. If 0.25mg is too low maybe tell your doctor (if you're receiving an RX).
