Escitalopram - Lexapro advice needed. I am new to this medication.

I started Lexapro very small dose of 2.5 mg. First two weeks have been great. I’ve woken today with extreme anxiety. Is this normal and will it pass? Should I increase my dose or just sit tight for the moment?

Eyesight and vision problems 4 week into escitalopram?

I’m experiencing very weird balance for the last 2 weeks. Like one side is not syncing with the other as well as in and out blurred to really focused vision. Anyone had that and did it go away quickly?

Is it better taking escitalopram before bed?

Started my first tablet of escitalopram and with in half hour I was hit with a few side affects which scared me.. All day I felt like a zombie.. I know I've still got a long way to come but has anyone took them before bed because I can't be dealing with feeling like that off a day time? X

Escitalopram - Increasing dose of lexapro from 10ml to 20ml?

Has anyone any experience of going from 10ml lexapro to 20ml? I was on 10ml for 3 months and increased to 20ml 3 weeks ago but seen little improvement yet. Has anyone any advice.
