Why does Cymbalta make me so tired?
Cymbalta has been the only antidepressant that has worked for me so far, but it makes me so exhausted. I could fall asleep on the floor any moment. Why is Cymbalta causing such extreme fatigue?

Can duloxetine cause nausea & upset stomach? Currently, taking 20mg a day only!?
Constipation is also my problem. My doctor lowered the dose from 50mg to 20mg... in hopes that I would not be constipated. I will try to take 20mg every other day and see if it makes a difference.
