HI, Dmonson.
You came off the medication waaay too fast and that's why you're having withdrawal symptoms. At this point in time you really contact your doctor for professional advice and probably a tapered dose regimen for you to follow.
Many medications are difficult to withdraw from and duloxetine is right up there. This is why you need to talk with your doctor to do this safely. You should never adjust your dosage unless okayed by the doctor.
Regards and I hope you're feeling better soonest.

From the duloxetine literature:
"Do not stop using duloxetine suddenly, or you could have unpleasant symptoms (such as agitation, confusion, tingling or electric shock feelings). Ask your doctor before stopping the medicine."
