I've recently skipped about 3 days worth of my 60mg duloxetine due to an error in my prescription, and the earliest I can get my next dose is in the afternoon when I would usually take it in the morning. Is it possible that this could cause issues (i.e. side effects, less effective than it was previously) if I take the dose later than usual and then take another dose in the morning? I know some advise to skip a dose if you're late but the withdrawal effects are so awful I don't think I could wait much longer.
Could taking a new dose of duloxetine after withdrawal cause issues?

I suggest you take one once you get them to start getting rid of the withdrawals and then follow your treatment as prescribed.
