Environmental Hazards

This pesticide is toxic to aquatic organisms, including fish and invertebrates. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off treatment area.

This product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply this product or allow it to drift to blooming crops or weeds while bees are actively visiting the treatment area.

Directions For Use

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Do not use on horses or foals intended for slaughter. Wash hands with soap and water promptly after use. Not for use in outdoor residential misting systems. Do not use on foals under 12 weeks old.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING: Before applying WIPE® to your horse, brush him down thoroughly to remove loose dust and dirt. Moisten, but do not soak, a folded piece of Turkish toweling (approximately 12” x 15”) or an applicator mitt with WIPE®. Rub briskly against the growth direction of the hair. Give special attention to the shanks, legs, shoulders, neck and facial areas of the horse where flies tend to cause the greatest problems. Add more WIPE® to the applicator as needed, applying approximately one to two ounces for the total application on a daily basis (the variance will depend on the size of the horse). Groom with a brush. To kill attached ticks, dab WIPE® directly on the tick with a saturated cloth. Do not apply over cuts, wounds, or irritated skin. Do not allow product to contact animal’s eyes, nose, mouth, or sores during application. Apply sparingly around ears.

STORAGE & DISPOSAL

Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.

PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place.

PESTICIDE DISPOSAL AND CONTAINER HANDLING: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. If Empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.

A FEW IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER:

● To keep applicator moist, keep in an airtight container between uses.

● Daily applications of WIPE® may build up repellency, allowing a reduction in the amount used in subsequent applications.

● Apply in early morning for maximum efficacy.

● The amount of WIPE® needed depends on temperature, humidity, and cleanliness of the horse’s coat.

● Use only Turkish toweling or applicator mitt (not a substitute material) to apply WIPE®. Avoid using excessive amounts of WIPE® on your horse. Do not soak the skin.
