General Information

Please read the relevant information for each VIGRO^® product. All refrigerated media listed below should be gently mixed by inverting the container several times (not shaken) before used.

All VIGRO^® media contain antibiotics at levels appropriate for specific media.

VIGRO^® One Step Thaw Plus is a solution intended for the controlled rehydration of embryos following thawing. It is a DMPBS-based solution with 1.0M sucrose.

Recommended Use: Following thawing, embryos should be immersed for 5-8 minutes in VIGRO^® One Step Thaw Plus, then transferred to a suitable holding medium (VIGRO^® Holding Plus). Embryos then can be loaded into straws for implantation.

Storage Condition: Between 2-8°C.
