Rehydrate the vaccine with the sterile diluent for vaccination.

This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy dogs 8 weeks of age or older against B. bronchiseptica. A duration of immunity of at least one year has been demonstrated against B. bronchiseptica. For more information regarding efficacy and safety data, see productdata.aphis.usda.gov.

Directions For Use

Remove tear-away seal and septum from vial containing the freeze-dried product. Remove plastic tip from applicator, dispense sterile diluent into the vial and gently swirl. Draw contents back into the applicator and administer 1-mL dose orally into the buccal pouch. Historically, annual revaccination with this product was recommended. The need for annual booster vaccinations has not been established for this product; consultation with a veterinarian or the manufacturer is recommended.

Precautions

This product is designed for oral use only with enclosed applicator. Store at 2°-8°C. Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures and/or direct sunlight may adversely affect potency. Do not freeze. Inactivate unused contents before disposal. This product has not been tested in pregnant animals. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine. Do not mix with other products, except as specified above. In case of human exposure, contact a physician.
