Recommended Use: For use in dogs and cats only as a supplement in instances of ingestion of coumarin based compounds found in commercial rodenticides. 2.5 to 5 mg/kg body weight (1 tablet per 22lbs. for higher dosages) once a day for up to three (3) weeks or as determined by a Veterinarian.

Precautions

Use only as directed by a Veterinarian. Always consult with a Veterinarian before use. Phytonadione will not counteract the anticoagulant action of heparin. Failure to respond to Vitamin K-1 may indicate that the condition being supplemented is inherently unresponsive to Vitamin K-1. Temporary resistance to prothrombin-depressing anticoagulants may result when larger doses of Vitamin K-1 are used.
