For Dogs and Cats

Helps to maintain normal Vitamin D3 levels to support the immune system and general health.

A palatable source of pure cholecalciferol in liquid format for convenient administration.

Contains 100 IU per drop. Includes a graduated dropper for accurate dosing.

RX D3™ is also available in a Forte formulation containing 500 IU per drop for more convenient administration in larger dogs or when using higher dosages.

Active Ingredients (per 1 drop):

Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol)

100 IU (2.5 mcg)

Inactive Ingredients

MCT oil.

Directions For Use

Give this amount orally, once daily, with food:

Bodyweight	Amount
≤ 2.5 kg	1 drop
2.6 - 5 kg	2 drops
5.1 - 10 kg	3 drops
10.1 - 15 kg	4 drops
15.1 - 20 kg	5 drops
20.1 - 40 kg	7 drops (1/4 mL)
> 40 kg	15 drops (1/2 mL)
