FIRST AID
Have Product Container or Label with You When Calling a Poison Control Center, Doctor or Going in for Treatment.
If Inhaled:
● Move person to fresh air.
● If not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth, if possible.
● Call a poison control center, or doctor, or 1-800-498-5743 immediately for treatment advice.
If on Skin or on Clothing:
● Take off contaminated clothing.
● Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.
● Call a poison control center, doctor, or 1-800-498-5743 immediately for treatment advice.
If Swallowed:
● Call a Poison Control Center, doctor, or 1-800-498-5743 immediately for treatment advice or transport the patient to the nearest hospital.
● Do not give any liquid to the patient.
● Do not administer anything by mouth.
● Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the poison control center or doctor.

HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Prozap Insectrin 1% Pour-On Xtra Caution
Contains petroleum distillate. Harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Avoid breathing vapor or spray mist. Avoid contact with skin eyes and clothing. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This pesticide is extremely toxic to aquatic organisms including fish and invertebrates. Do not apply directly to water or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean water mark. Do not apply when weather conditions favor drift from treated areas. Drift and run off may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to treated areas. This product may contaminate water trough run off. This product has a potential for run off for several weeks after application. Poorly draining soils and soils with shallow water tables are more prone to produce run off that contains this product.
This product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply this product or allow it to drift to blooming crops or weeds while bees are actively visiting the treatment area.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Mixers, loaders, applicators, and other handlers must wear:
● Long-sleeved shirt and long pants
● Shoes plus socks
● Chemical-resistant gloves made of barrier laminate, nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber, or Viton
● Chemical-resistant apron for mixers, loaders, persons cleaning equipment, and for handlers performing animal dip operations.
User Safety Requirements
Follow manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions or washables exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. Discard clothing and other absorbent materials that have been drenched or heavily contaminated with this product’s concentrate. Do not reuse them.
User Safety Recommendations
Users should wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.
Users should remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
Users should remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.
Directions For Use
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
READ THE LABEL: Read the entire label and follow all use directions, use restrictions and precautions.
USE RESTRICTIONS
Do not contaminate food or feedstuffs.
Not for use in metered release systems.
Not for use in outdoor residential misting systems (indoor or outdoor).
Not registered in the State of California for the control of Sheep Keds or Lice on Sheep.
Do not make applications during rain.
Do not water the treated area to the point of run off. Do not water plants to the point of run off or drip
Except when applying to non-domestic (livestock), do not enter or allow others to enter treated area until sprays have dried.

Except when applying to livestock, do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift.

Do not remain in treated area. Exit area immediately and remain outside the treated area until aerosols, vapors, and/or mists have dispersed.
All outdoor applications must be limited to spot or crack-and-crevice treatments only, except for the following permitted uses:
1. Treatment to soil or vegetation around structures,
2. Applications to lawns, turf, and other vegetation,
3. Applications to building foundations, up to a maximum height of 3 feet
Other than applications to building foundations, all outdoor applications to impervious surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, patios, porches and structural surfaces (such as windows, doors and eaves) are limited to spot and crack-and-crevice application only.
Application is prohibited directly into sewers or drains, or to any area like a gutter where drainage to sewers, storm drains, water bodies, or aquatic habitation can occur. Do not allow the product to enter any drain during or after application.
When used in dairy barns or facilities:
Close milk bulk tank lids to prevent contamination from spray and from dead or falling insects. Remove or cover milking utensils before application. Wash teats of animals before milking.

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS
Apply 1/2 fl. oz. per 100lbs of body weight of animal up to a maximum of 5 fl. oz. for any one animals to kill Lice, Horn Flies, and Face Flies. Aids in the kill of Horse Flies, Stable Flies, Mosquitoes, and Black Flies on lactating and non-lactating dairy cattle, beef cattle, calves and sheep. For sheep apply 1/4 fl. oz. per 50lbs of body weight of animal up to a maximum of 3 fl. oz. for any one animal.
Pour On:
Pour along back line and don face. For Keds on Sheep, pour along back line over neck, shoulders and rump.
Ready to Use Spray:
Use undiluted in a mist sprayer to apply correct does. Apply directly to neck, face, back, legs and ears.
For Pour On and Ready to Use Spray Applications:
Repeat treatment as needed, but do not exceed 5 fl. oz. or any one animal on cattle or 3 fl. oz. for any one animal on sheep during any 14 day interval. For optimum insecticidal effectiveness against lice a second treatment at14 day intervals is recommended.
Back Rubber Use:
Mix one pint per gallon #2 diesel or mineral oil. Keep rubbing device charged. For Back Rubber applications, results are improved by daily forced use.
For cattle and sheep, repeated treatment as needed but not more than once every two weeks. For optimum lice kill, two treatments at a 14 day interval are recommended.
Special Note: This product is not effective at controlling cattle grubs.
This product is an oil based, ready to use product that may leave an oily appearance on the hair coat of some animals.
This product should be used in an integrated pest management system which may involve good sanitization, repeat treatments and the use of other pest control practices.
Storage And Disposal
Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.
PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry and secure area. Store in original sealed container away from food or feed.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL:
Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on-site or at an approved waste disposal facility.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL:
Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container.
If empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling if available.
If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
