Recommended use: Phytonadione chewable tablets are for use in dogs and cats as a supplement for vitamin K deficiency.

Recommended dosage: Administer orally at the rate of 2.5 - 5.0 mg/kg body weight (1 chewable tablet per each 44 pounds of body weight for lower dosage or 1 chewable tablet per each 22 pounds for higher dosage) daily for up to three weeks or as recommended by your veterinarian.

Inactive Ingredients

Cellulose, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, iron oxide, liver powder, magnesium stearate, silicone dioxide, stearic acid, sucrose, and whey.

Storage

Store at controlled room temperature; 15° C - 30° C (59° F - 86° F) and protect from light. Dispense in this container or another tight, light-resistant container.
