Ingredients: Brewer’s dried yeast, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, choline chloride, DL- methionine, calcium carbonate, starch, glycerin, polyvinylpyrrolidone, silicon dioxide, inositol, vitamin E supplement, magnesium stearate, niacin, cod liver oil, powdered cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, vitamin B₁₂ supplement, yellow 6 lake, red 40 lake, blue 1 lake, thiamine mononitrate, D-calcium pantothenate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid.

Contains artificial colorants.

Feeding Directions: Feed by hand or crumble and mix into the food. The usual daily amount is 1 to 2 tablets per 10 kilograms (22 pounds) of body weight.

Lipo-Form Caution

Avoid prolonged excessive use. In rare cases animals may experience gastrointestinal irritation. In the event of stomach upset, offer tablets during or after feeding.

Store at room temperature. Protect from light. Avoid excessive heat (40°C or 104°F).
