Active Ingredient per 15 gm dose:

Glucosamine HCL (marine source)	5000 mg
Chondroitin sulfate (marine source)	1000 mg

Inactive Ingredients

Dextrose, mineral oil

Direction for Use:

For Use in Horses Only

Give 15 ml orally daily

May be mixed with feed if consumed immediately

Store at room temperature (15°-30°C)

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children

Not for use in horses intended for food

Net contents: 450 gm (30 doses)
