HIBITANE SKIN CLEANSER

A general purpose, soapless, sudsing, germicidal solution, containing 4% w/v chlorhexidine gluconate.

For Surgical Scrub

Use HIBITANE SKIN CLEANSER undiluted. Wet hands and forearms. Add approximately 5 mL HIBITANE SKIN CLEANSER and wash for one minute using a nail brush for the fingernails. Rinse. Repeat above procedure and wash for 2 minutes.

For General Handwashing

In noncritical areas, HIBITANE SKIN CLEANSER may be diluted with equal parts of water. Wet hands, add approximately 5 mL diluted HIBITANE SKIN CLEANSER and wash for one minute. Rinse.

Handwashing Procedure For Food Processing Facilities

Wet hands. Add approximately 5 mL undiluted HIBITANE SKIN CLEANSER and wash for one minute. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.

CAUTIONS: Avoid contact with eyes. If eyes are accidentally splashed, they should be promptly and thoroughly rinsed out with water since prolonged contact may cause eye damage.

To prevent discoloration, do not use hypochlorite bleach on fabrics exposed to HIBITANE SKIN CLEANSER.

Storage

Store between 15 and 30°C.
