Happy Jack DD-33 Flea & Tick Mist Indications

The product will kill fleas for up to 14 days on dogs and cats and will kill ticks for four days on dogs and nine days on cats.

Dosage and Administration

It is a violation of federal law to use the product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Hold the container upright. Shake well before using.

Spray the animal from a distance of 8-12 inches. Start spraying at the tail, moving the dispenser rapidly and making sure that the animal’s entire body is covered, including the legs and under the body. Fluff the hair while spraying so that the spray will penetrate to the skin. The spray should wet the ticks thoroughly. Do not spray in the face, eyes, or genitalia. Repeat as needed.

For cats, apply at the rate of one (1) second per pound of body weight. For dogs, apply at the rate of two (2) seconds per pound of body weight for thin or short-haired dogs and up to eight (8) seconds per pound of body weight for heavy or long-haired dogs.

Precaution(s):

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area away from heat or open flame.

Disposal: Securely wrap the original container in several layers of newspaper and discard it in the trash. Do not re-use the empty container.

Caution(s): Keep out of the reach of children.

Precautionary Statements:

Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals: Do not spray into the pet’s eyes, face, or on genitalia. Do not use on nursing puppies or kittens, or animals under three months of age.

Do not use this or any other pesticide on sick, old, or debilitated animals.

Environmental Hazards: The product is toxic to fish and other aquatic animals. Do not apply directly to any body of water. Do not contaminate water by the cleaning of equipment or the disposal of wastes.

Physical or Chemical Hazards: Do not use or store near heat or open flame.

Statement of Practical Treatment: If swallowed: Call a physician or poison control center immediately. Drink one or two glasses of water and induce vomiting by touching the back of the throat with a finger. Repeat until vomit fluid is clear.

If in eyes: Flush with plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.

If on skin or clothing: Remove contaminated clothing and wash before re-use. Wash skin with soap and warm water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.

If inhaled: Remove victim to fresh air. Apply artificial respiration if indicated.
