ACTIVE INGREDIENTS (per ounce):

Glucosamine HCL (shellfish) 2500mg, Glucosamine Sulfate (shellfish) 2500mg, Omega 3 Fatty Acid (alpha-linolenic acid) 20 g, Vitamin C 85mg, Selenium 1ppm

INACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Corn Starch, Flaxseed Meal and Saccharomyces Cerevisiae.

CAUTIONS:

Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If lameness worsens, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset.

Keep tightly sealed and store in a cool, dry place.

AniMed’s Glucosamine 5000 is a formulation of both glucosamine sulfate and glucosamine HCl, promoting cartilage development and joint health naturally. A blend formulated to provide the building blocks for synovial fluid, connective tissue and bone re-enforcing factors. In addition, Omega-3 fatty acids help mitigate normal inflammatory pathways. For use in horses only.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For horses of all classes; provide 2 Tbsp (approx. 1 ounce) daily for 14 days, then 1 Tbsp daily. The large end of the enclosed scoop measures approx. 1Tbsp or approx. 1/2 ounce.

WARNINGS:

For animal use only. Keep out of the reach of children and other animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately. This product should not be given to animals intended for human consumption.
