Each mL of sterile aqueous solution contains:

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B₁₂)	3000 mcg
Benzyl Alcohol (preservative)	1.5% v/v
Sodium Chloride	0.8% w/v
Water for Injection	q.s.

Buffered with Acetic Acid

Dosage and Administration

Inject subcutaneously or intramuscularly. Dosage may be repeated at weekly intervals if necessary. May be injected intravenously at the discretion of the veterinarian.

Cattle and Horses	0.4 to 0.7 mL
Swine and Sheep	0.2 mL
Dogs	0.1 to 0.2 mL
Cats	0.1 mL

Cyanocobalamin 3000 mcg Indications:

For use in managing vitamin B₁₂ deficiencies associated with cobalt deficiency, inadequate intake, or intestinal malabsorption in cattle, horses, sheep, swine, dogs, and cats.

Store at a temperatures between 15°-30°C (59°-86°F). Avoid exposure to light.
