Have label with you when obtaining treatment advice.

If In Eyes

Immediately flush with cool water. Remove contact lenses, if applicable, and continue flushing for 15 minutes. Obtain medical attention immediately.

If On Skin Or On Clothing

Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Get medical attention if irritation persists.

If Swallowed

Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water, then drink one or two glasses of water. Do not give anything by mouth if the victim is unconscious or is convulsing.

If Inhaled

Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth, if possible. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

Precautionary Statements

DANGER: Contains surfactants, phosphoric and organic acids. This product is intended to be diluted before using. Concentrate causes eye and skin burns. May cause eye, nose and throat irritation. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Avoid breathing spray mist. Where there is a potential for skin contact have available and wear as appropriate impervious gloves, apron, pants and jacket. Use and store only with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly after handling.

Chemical And Physical Hazards

This product is a formulated acid detergent solution; contamination with other materials such as chlorine, chlorine-bearing compounds, organic chemicals, etc., may cause a dangerous chemical reaction. Keep all chemical and foreign materials away from this solution.

Corrosive material. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wear rubber gloves and chemical splash goggles. Keep out of reach of children.

BioSentry^® Acid-A-Foam™ Cleaner and Descaler is used as an alternative to regular hatchery, equipment or barn cleaner to remove detergent residues, mineral scale and other hard-to remove elements. A clean surface is required for complete disinfection. Alternating between a good alkaline detergent and good acid-based detergent maximizes surface cleanliness and, therefore, prepares the surface for the second step of disinfection. BioSentry^® Acid-a-Foam™ removes dirt, grime, protein and oils as well as minerals and adherent films.

RECOMMENDED AREAS OF USE

POULTRY HATCHERIES: Walls, floors, ceilings of rooms, setters and hatchers. Manual cleaning of trays, racks, plastic flats, boxes.

FARM USES: As a general cleaner and deodorizer in poultry houses, swine and livestock barns and as a wetting agent to wash down poultry houses, swine and livestock barns.

FOOD PROCESSING PLANTS: Use on floors, walls and shelves, utensils and walk-in-coolers. It cleans and brightens stainless steel, glass, plastic, concrete and tile in poultry, meat and canning plants.

Directions For Use

GENERAL-PURPOSE CLEANER FOR WALLS, FLOORS, FEED PAILS, WATERERS AND EQUIPMENT: Use BioSentry^® Acid-A-Foam™ at 0.75%-2.5% solution (1-3 ounces per gallon of water) (8-24 mL / L). Vary the amount depending on the soil load and how difficult the surface is to clean. This product may be used through high-pressure cleaning equipment, foaming devices, steam cleaners, or it may be used manually with a cloth, sponge or brush. After cleaning, rinse away soils with fresh water or wipe off with a clean sponge.

FOOD PROCESSING EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS AND OTHER FOOD CONTACT SURFACES: Clean as above. Thoroughly rinse cleaned surfaces with potable water before they are reused. Where recommended or permitted, apply a sanitizer solution to food contact surfaces before reuse. Avoid contamination of food during application and storage.

BARN CLEANING: Use 0.25%-0.5% solution of BioSentry^® Acid-a-Foam™ (250ml/100L - 500ml/100L) for cleaning. Apply to surfaces and, if possible, let stand for 10-15 minutes before thoroughly rinsing all surfaces with clean water at high pressure. After thorough cleaning, let surfaces dry as much as possible and then follow-up with an appropriate disinfecting solution. Consult a BioSentry^® Technical Representative for recommendations.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Store in original container, in areas inaccessible to children. Keep container tightly closed. Do not store on side. Avoid creasing or impacting of side walls. Do not reuse empty container. Discard in trash or recycle.
