For vaccination of healthy chickens 3 weeks of age or older against disease caused by highly pathogenic H5 avian influenza. This product license is conditional; efficacy and potency have not been fully demonstrated.

This product contains the following avian influenza virus isolate: rgH5N2 - (A/turkey/Indiana/22-003707-003/2022 H5; A/chicken/Egypt/D5490B/2012 N2; PR8 backbone).

This product may only be distributed and used in the United States of America as part of an official USDA animal disease control program.

Directions For Use

Aseptically administer a single 0.5-mL dose subcutaneously. For advice on revaccination, consultation with a veterinarian or the manufacturer is recommended.

Precautions

Store at 2°-8°C. Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures and/or direct sunlight may adversely affect potency. Do not freeze. Warm to 22°-32°C and shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 42 days before slaughter. Contains gentamicin and formaldehyde as preservatives. Do not mix with other products.
