This medicine can cause some serious health issues
Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking aspirin / hydrocodone: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects:

confusion, hallucinations;

weak or shallow breathing;

feeling like you might pass out;

hearing problems, ringing in your ears;

seizures (convulsions);

black, bloody, or tarry stools;

coughing up blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds; or

nausea, stomach pain, loss of appetite, itching, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes);
Less serious side effects of aspirin / hydrocodone may include:

mild nausea, vomiting, constipation;

upset stomach, heartburn;

headache, dizziness, drowsiness, depression;

dry mouth; or
-
feeling restless or excited (especially in children).
