Applies to allogeneic processed thymus tissue: intramuscular implant.

General adverse events

The most common adverse reactions reported were hypertension, cytokine release syndrome, rash, hypomagnesemia, renal impairment/failure, thrombocytopenia, and graft versus host disease.[Ref]

Dermatologic

Rash includes rash, granuloma skin, rash popular, urticaria.[Ref]

Gastrointestinal

Diarrhea includes diarrhea and hemorrhagic diarrhea.[Ref]

Cardiovascular

Hematologic

Thrombocytopenia includes thrombocytopenia and immune thrombocytopenic purpura.

Hemolytic anemia includes autoimmune hemolytic anemia, Coombs-positive hemolytic anemia, hemolysis, hemolytic anemia.[Ref]

Immunologic

Graft versus host disease (GVHD) includes GVHD, GVHD-gut, GVHD-skin, omenn syndrome.[Ref]

Metabolic

Acidosis includes acidosis and blood bicarbonate decreased.[Ref]

Nervous system

Seizures include infantile spasms, seizures, and febrile convulsion.[Ref]

Respiratory

Respiratory distress includes respiratory distress, hypoxia, respiratory failure.[Ref]
