With the Vraylar coupon, you may pay as little as $0 out-of-pocket for 30 and 90-day fills, if you qualify for the Vraylar coupon and your insurance covers Vraylar.
The Vraylar coupon or copay card helps you save money on your Vraylar prescriptions.
Who is eligible for the Vraylar coupon or copay card?
You are eligible for the Vraylar copay card if you have a valid prescription for Vraylar, have commercial or private insurance, are 18 years of age or older, and live in the US or Puerto Rico. If you are residing in or receiving treatment in certain states may not be eligible to participate in this program.
You are not eligible for a Vraylar copay card if you are enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal or state programs (including any state pharmaceutical assistance programs), or private indemnity or HMO insurance plans that reimburse you for the entire cost of your prescription drugs.
The copayment card is not available for cash-paying patients.
The coupon is sometimes called the Vraylar copay card or the Vraylar savings card.
How much can I save with the Vraylar coupon or copay card?
The maximum you can save with a Vraylar coupon card is $10,000 per calendar year, if you have commercial insurance, and your plan covers Vraylar. You may pay as little as $0 out-of-pocket for 30 and 90-day fills.
If you qualify for a Vraylar copay card, but your insurance does not cover Vraylar, you may pay as little as $40 for up to two 30-day fills per lifetime, if your prescription is for an FDA-approved indication.
For patients who are eligible for the Vraylar copay card and whose coverage restrictions have not been met, they may pay as little as $40 for up to two 30-day prescription fills over a lifetime for an FDA-approved indication.
Patients who qualify for the Vraylar coupon, have commercial insurance, and are taking Vraylar as an add-on treatment for major depressive disorder may pay as little as $0 per prescription fill of a generic antidepressant.
