Who can get an Ubrelvy coupon or copay card?
You can get a Ubrelvy coupon or copay card if you have commercial insurance, a valid Ubrelvy prescription, and are 18 years of age or older. The Ubrelvy copay program is only available in the USA, including Puerto Rico, at participating retail pharmacies. If you reside in or are receiving treatment in certain states you may not be eligible to participate in this program.
You are not eligible for a Ubrelvy savings card if you do not have commercial drug insurance or are enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal or state programs (including any state pharmaceutical assistance programs) or private indemnity or HMO insurance plans that reimburse you for the entire cost of your prescription drugs.

With your Ubrelvy coupon, you may save $7,000 per calendar year (maximum) if you have commercial insurance that covers Ubrelvy, under this program, subject to the terms and conditions.
Ubrelvy coupon savings with commercial insurance that does not cover Ubrelvy
With your Ubrelvy coupon, you may be eligible to receive up to 2 one-month fills at no charge if you have commercial insurance, but coverage is not available because the insurer has not established a coverage review process. Under the Ubrelvy savings program, once an insurer has established a review process for coverage requests, commercially insured patients may receive up to a maximum of 2 one-month fills at no charge for an FDA-approved indication while coverage is pending.
