You may pay as little as $0 out-of-pocket for a 30-day supply of Nurtec if you qualify for the Nurtec coupon (Nurtec copay card). The Nurtec copay card which is sometimes called the Nurtec coupon helps you save money on prescriptions for Nurtec.
Who is eligible for the Nurtec Coupon?
You are eligible for the Nurtec coupon if you have commercial or private insurance, a valid prescription for Nurtec, live in the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territories, and are 18 years of age or older. The Nurtec copay card (Nurtec Coupon) is limited to one per person during the period that this is offered and is not transferable.
The Nurtec copay card and rebate are not available for:
- Cash-paying patients
- Patients when the entire cost of your prescription drug is eligible to be reimbursed by your private/commercial insurance plan or other private/commercial health or pharmacy benefit programs.
- Patients that are enrolled in a state or federally funded insurance program, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, Veteran Affairs health care, a state prescription drug assistance program, or the Government Health Insurance Plan available in Puerto Rico (formerly known as "La Reforma de Salud").
You should not use the copay card if your insurer or health plan prohibits using manufacturer copay cards.
The Copay card will only be accepted at participating pharmacies.

Nurtec Coupon Savings
- Patients who are eligible for the Nurtec savings card and a script for Nurtec ODT may pay as little as $0 out-of-pocket for a 30-day supply. The copay card may not be redeemed more than once per 30 days per patient.
- Maximum annual benefit of $7,000 applies.
- For the first prescription fill eligible commercially insured patients can, for one time only, access Nurtec ODT at no cost while benefits are being verified. This is for a maximum of 16 tablets in total.
- Insurance coverage must be approved by the payor for patients to continue receiving Nurtec ODT at no cost.
Patient Assistance for Nurtec ODT
Patient assistance programs (PAPs) are typically sponsored by pharmaceutical companies and offer cost-free or discounted medicines to individuals with low income or those who are uninsured/under-insured and meet specific criteria.
Pfizer Patient Assistance Program for Nurtec ODT
To be eligible for the patient assistance program you must be:
- Uninsured or rendered uninsured
- At or below 300% of FPL
- Have an FDA-approved diagnosis
- Reside in the US or US territory
