Using cortisone together with PHENobarbital can make cortisone less effective. Talk with your doctor before using these medications together, or before you stop using PHENobarbital. You may need a dose adjustment or special tests to safely take both medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
