Ustekinumab may decrease the blood levels and effects of cisapride. You may need a dose adjustment if you have been receiving cisapride and are starting treatment with ustekinumab. Likewise, if you have been receiving both medications, the dose of cisapride may need to be adjusted when ustekinumab is discontinued. Contact your doctor if your condition changes or you experience increased side effects. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

**Cisapride (Propulsid) is no longer marketed in the United States. You should only be taking cisapride if you are obtaining the medication from your doctor though a Limited Access Program developed jointly by the manufacturer and the FDA.**
