MONITOR: Carbachol antagonizes the action of nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents due to antagonistic effects at the neuromuscular junction in skeletal muscle.
MANAGEMENT: The patient should be monitored for adequate neuromuscular blockade and the dosage adjusted, if necessary.
