Applies to: Tetramune (diphtheria toxoid / haemophilus b conjugate (hboc) vaccine / pertussis, whole cell / tetanus toxoid), ipilimumab
If you are currently being treated or are going to begin treatment with ipilimumab, you should let your doctor know before receiving tetanus toxoid. Ipilimumab can cause potentially serious immune-related side effects and receiving tetanus toxoid during treatment with ipilimumab may increase that risk.
