Using fospropofol together with diphenhydrAMINE may increase the risk of side effects such as irregular heartbeat, low blood pressure, difficulty breathing, prolonged sedation, dizziness, and fatigue. Ask your doctor before using diphenhydrAMINE together with ethanol (alcohol). Use alcohol cautiously. Alcohol may increase drowsiness and dizziness while you are taking diphenhydrAMINE.
