Using fospropofol together with PHENobarbital may increase the risk of side effects such as irregular heartbeat, low blood pressure, difficulty breathing, prolonged sedation, dizziness, and fatigue. Your healthcare team will monitor you closely and adjust the dose accordingly during procedures requiring fospropofol for anesthesia and/or sedation to safely use both medications.
