Taking the belumosudil and raNITIdine doses too close together may interfere with the absorption of belumosudil and reduce its effectiveness. To safely use these medications, you may need more frequent monitoring or additional instructions about when to take them. Food can enhance the levels of belumosudil in your body. To ensure maximal oral absorption, belumosudil should be administered with or immediately after a meal, every day at approximately the same time. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the medication.
