sodium bicarbonate mecamylamine
Applies to: sodium bicarbonate / sodium citrate, mecamylamine
MONITOR: Alkalinization of the urine can decrease the renal elimination of mecamylamine. A more pronounced and prolonged antihypertensive action may result.
MANAGEMENT: Blood pressure should be closely monitored. It may be necessary to decrease mecamylamine dosage.
