Using alemtuzumab together with abrocitinib may increase the risk of serious infections. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Your doctor may already be aware of the risks, but has determined that this is the best course of treatment for you, has taken appropriate precautions, and is monitoring you closely for any potential complications. It has been recommended that you either do not ingest or properly heat foods that may be a source of listeria like deli meat, unpasteurized milk and cheese products, soft cheeses, or undercooked meat, seafood or poultry. Contact your doctor immediately if you develop signs and symptoms of a serious side effect or infection such as fever, chills, diarrhea, sore throat, muscle aches, shortness of breath, blood in your phlegm, weight loss, red or inflamed skin, body sores, pain or burning during urination, weakness on one side of your body, and/or problems with thinking, eyesight, strength, balance, or use of your arms or legs. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Abrocitinib may be taken with or without food. Smoking during treatment with abrocitinib may increase your risk of serious cardiovascular events and of developing malignancies. Tell your doctor if you are a current or past smoker. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Get emergency help right away if you develop any symptoms of a heart attack or stroke during treatment with abrocitinib, including severe tightness, pain, pressure, or heaviness in your chest, neck, or jaw; weakness in one side of your body; slurred speech; shortness of breath or feeling lightheaded. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
