Taking the belumosudil and famotidine doses too close together may interfere with the absorption of belumosudil and reduce its effectiveness. Food can enhance the levels of belumosudil in your body. To ensure maximal oral absorption, belumosudil should be administered with or immediately after a meal, every day at approximately the same time. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the medication.
