Usual Adult Dose for Mycosis Fungoides

Apply a thin film once daily to affected areas of the skin.

Use: The topical treatment of Stage IA and IB mycosis fungoides-type cutaneous T-cell lymphoma in patients who have received prior skin-directed therapy

Dose Adjustments

Stop treatment for any grade of skin ulceration, blistering, or moderately severe to severe dermatitis. If improvement occurs, treatment may be resumed at a reduced frequency of once every 3 days. If reintroduction of treatment is tolerated for at least one week, the frequency of application may be increased to every other day for at least one week and then to once daily application as tolerated.


Safety and efficacy have not been established in patients younger than 18 years.

Storage requirements: Prior to dispensing, store in the freezer at -13F to 5F. Advise patients that refrigerated storage is required once dispensed.
