Usual Adult Dose for Rhinitis
Chlorpheniramine-methscopolamine 2 mg-1.5 mg oral tablet, chewable, extended release
1 to 2 tablets orally every 12 hours.
Chlorpheniramine-methscopolamine 2 mg-1.5 mg/5 mL oral suspension, extended release
5 to 10 mL orally every 12 hours not to exceed 20 mL daily.
Chlorpheniramine-methscopolamine 4 mg-1.25 mg/ 5 mL oral liquid
5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 30 mL daily.
Chlorpheniramine-methscopolamine 8 mg-2.5 mg oral tablet, extended release:
1 tablet orally every 12 hours not to exceed 2 tablets daily.
Chlorpheniramine-methscopolamine varying strength oral tablet, extended release:
1 AM tablet orally in the morning and 1 PM tablet orally in the evening.

Chlorpheniramine-methscopolamine 2 mg-1.5 mg oral tablet, chewable, extended release
6 to 11 years: 1/2 to 1 tablet orally every 12 hours.
12 years or older: 1 to 2 tablets orally every 12 hours.
Chlorpheniramine-methscopolamine 2 mg-1.5 mg/5 mL oral suspension, extended release
6 to 11 years: 2.5 to 5 mL orally every 12 hours not to exceed 10 mL daily.
12 years or older: 5 to 10 mL orally every 12 hours not to exceed 20 mL daily.

6 to 11 years: 2.5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 15 mL daily.
